Did you receive a message that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything?

In some cases, we and you will receive a message from our courier service that the package has been delivered. However, you as a customer have not received the package.

Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that drivers sign the package in your name and simply deliver it somewhere nearby.
So in 98 % of such cases, the packet was indeed delivered. This package is often placed somewhere around your house, sometimes even in a garden house. Another possibility is that they have delivered it to the neighbors.
On the other hand, they are not always your direct neighbours, but a neighbor at the end/beginning of the street. In exceptional cases even in an adjacent street. In these cases, the recipient will contact you according to our figures within 1 to 2 days.

In such a case, we kindly ask you to take a look around your house and ask the neighbors.
If all this does not give any result, we ask you to wait another 1 to 2 days so that the package can arrive. We have found from experience that this almost always comes out after 1 to 2 days.

If you do belong to the 2% lost packages, we will do the necessary to deliver your package as quickly as possible. In doing so, we will ask you for a “acknowledgment of receiptto fill in and sign.

As a webshop, we have no direct influence on the working method and attitude of courier companies and their subcontractors.
We can only inform you about alternative delivery options to guarantee the success of the delivery.
You can use the following delivery options via the email with track & trace that you receive:

  • Change the day or place of delivery – with a simple click (if no one is at home on the day of delivery)
  • Choose for permission to drop and indicate a specific easily accessible place (e.g. under the carport)
  • Leave your package in one DPD parcel shop deliver and pick it up when it suits you best. This option guarantees the greatest chance of successful delivery.
