Right of withdrawal – you can cancel your order within 14 days.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your purchase, you can return your order to us within 14 days after receiving your order.
You send it back to us, you also have this 14 days time and we will refund you the order as well within 14 days. Here is an overview of the steps:

How can I return my order?
1. Print your return label

If the return link does not work, it means that you have exceeded the 14 days in which you can return.
2. Pack your order well
Insert the item a good sturdy protective packaging and stick the return label on it.
It is necessary that the package is returned to us in good and original condition. If this is not the case, we cannot take back or refund the item.
3. Bring in your package

You have 14 days to check the purchased product.
The term of 14 calendar days allows you to rate and check your product and beyond to be returned within 14 days such as at our store / collection point. During that time, you must handle the purchased item with due care. You may only unpack the item insofar as it is necessary to exercise your right of inspection.
The purchased item may only be returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the article is no longer salable because you have used it (eg with a swimming pool robot for hygiene reasons, or eg with chlorine tablets when a part has been used up, or eg with an installed heat pump) we will charge your order.
Articles for which we cannot accept the right of withdrawal:
- an assembled robot or installed water treatment, whether or not damaged, dirty or incomplete.
- custom-made products such as a summer sail
- a heat pump that was installed and used
- broken seal. Example: battery sealed products. When you activate a sealed battery of a product, we cannot accept the item for return.
What are the shipping costs if I cancel my order?
Do you want to return a product to us that requires special transport. For example, heavy and large items, liquid products. Then you must be responsible for the return yourself.

How is the refund done when you cancel your order?
The customer remains the owner of the goods and is therefore responsible for the reduction in value in the event of damage to the goods. The goods remain the property of the customer, who is obliged to return his property within two (2) weeks after notification (within 2 weeks).
Within 14 days of acceptance of the return, WILLY NAESSENS SWIMMING POOLS will refund the already paid purchase price to the customer refund.
