What is the delivery time of your order?
Standard delivery time of the shipments
become parcels in Europe delivered by DPD within 2 working days. Usually we need about 1 to 2 working days to prepare, pack and send your package.
Getting concrete approx 85% of orders within 2 working days delivered to your address.
There are 2 exceptions: the ADR transports and the DHL PALLET shipments.
Orders with a longer delivery time
1. Delivery term of ADR products
Exceptions to the 48h (2 working days) delivery period are the Liquid chlorine and Liquid acid and other ADR products. These are dangerous liquid products that we do not package DPD can send but have it delivered with special transport. This is ONLY IN BELGIUM. The delivery time of these ADR products is 2 to 5 working days.
ATTENTION : deliveries of ADR are sent separately of the rest of your order. The other products are shipped with DPD. That is why you receive this order 2 separate deliveries.

2. Delivery term of DHL Pallet shipment
Large and very heavy products such as; garden heaters or jacuzzis are shipped with the DHL PALLET service. The delivery time for these shipments is 5 working days.

When will swimming pool lifestyle products be delivered free of charge?
The swimming pool products and the swimming pool lifestyle items become standard Free delivery from €100 in Belgium and neighboring countriesn.
For other countries we use a shipping cost depending on the country. The amount before we ship for free is also slightly higher in these countries, located further from Belgium.

The delivery note goes to our warehouse where your order is packed with care.
Our incoming orders are shipped daily (Except Sundays and public holidays). In the morning the parcels are prepared. The parcel service will pick up your order the same day.
If you ordered in the afternoon or evening, your order will be processed the next morning.
The processing time depends on the season and is 1 to 2 working days.
After the shipment you will automatically receive a track & trace from DPD. This allows you to track your package. This way you can better estimate when the delivery will take place at your home.
