A good repair service is very important for technical products such as swimming pool robots and heat pumps.
- So we have a lot parts in stock.
- Our technical people are trained and can solve most technical defects. Life Is Better At The Pool has expertise in building swimming pools. The heart of our organization is our technical knowledge!
- If we can't solve the problem ourselves, we will backed by leading brands and service providers from the producer.

All of our order will be FREE delivery to your home FROM 50€. We consciously choose this and are convinced that your order will be delivered to your home free of charge and smoothly and has become a basic service and strengthens our customer service!
- Exceptions to this are the ADR dangerous goods and very heavy goods liquid chlorine and acid, sand and salt.
Legal provisions and safety aspects prevent us from delivering absolutely everything to your home for free. You will surely be able to understand the exceptions:
- Liquid chlorine and acid – these large – heavy and dangerous products – we cannot possibly supply for free
- these products are shipped with ADR TRANSPORT (hazardous transport)
- It is also impossible for us to deliver heavy, cheap products such as sand, salt, stoves to your home free of charge
- these products are shipped with DHL PALLET TRANSPORT
For these products we charge an exceptional shipping cost.

You have 14 days to change your mind. If you are dissatisfied, we will arrange the return and refund you! Find out more about the 14-day cooling-off period.
You can request a repair via our repair request. Have your invoice number and the SN (serial number) of your device at hand. This is the only way we can help you quickly and smoothly with a repair. The repair service is strictly reserved for customers who bought their device from us.
