Winterstop rubber for the protection of injectors in a swimming pool. There are 2 models 1 1/2″ and 2″. These rubber plugs prevent water from entering the injection pipe that freezes and causes a crack or leak.
Tightening the butterfly nut at the top will compress the rubber stopper. This will increase the diameter and tighten the plug in the opening of the injector. In this way you close the pipeline. If water enters the pool (due to the rain) and the water rises above the injectors, no water can flow into the pipe. This protects the pipes against frost damage.
