Advantages of salt electrolysis for swimming pools
The benefits of a salt electrolysis for swimming pool water disinfection are well known. This makes the water feel softer and the small amount of salt in the pool water prevents the skin from drying out. Nevertheless, the concentration in the water is low and you will not taste or notice it. Most brands recommend 5 grams of salt per liter of pool water. For some devices, a dosage of 3 grams per liter is even sufficient.
Polish dosage
The dosage we recommend is 5 grams per litre.
Example:
- you have a pool of 50000 liters of water
- then you must add 250 kg of pool salt to your pool water at start-up
- Every year we recommend adding 1 – 3 grams per litre. For a swimming pool of 50,000 liters this is 50 – 150 kg.
In other words, in a swimming pool of 50m³, it is best to add 125kg to 200kg annually to the water in your swimming pool. Above all, it is important to measure the amount of salt.
You can measure the salt content in the swimming pool water with Pocket salt meter
I bought 25 bags of polish in one go, so I can get away for a while and I get a very good price for top quality. Aquatechno helped with loading. Recommended!
Thank you Patrick for this nice feedback. Mvg, Jochen
