The Lacron Plus Semi-high bed filter has a raised sand bed. The higher sand bed improves filtration compared to the Lacron Hi Rate.
Due to the improved filtration, the filter media retains the dirt particles at a higher level than a filter with a standard filter bed depth.
If crystal clear water is what you are looking for, this is the ideal filter for you.
Characteristics
The sand filter is equipped with a transparent polycarbonate cover and a built-in air vent.
The filter includes a 6-way valve and a pressure gauge.
A winter drain is provided at the bottom
At the top is a sight glass that allows you to inspect the filter bed.
